PepAxis™-Nova 7 Asynchronous Micro-Peptide Synthesizer(formerly 386 Pro) is a multi-channel asynchronous micro-scale peptide synthesizer designed as a new-generation fully automated intelligent platform for high-throughput and parallel synthesis applications. The system adopts an asynchronous synthesis mode and offers flexible configurations ranging from 2 to 24 channels. Each channel is equipped with independent temperature control, reagent delivery, and reaction control capabilities, supporting the simultaneous operation of different peptide sequences, synthesis scales, and synthesis methods, thereby achieving true “one instrument, multiple applications.”

The instrument is equipped with a high-precision quantitative liquid delivery system with a dispensing accuracy of 0.1 mL, ensuring accurate reagent ratios during micro-scale synthesis. Each channel supports independent configuration of activation methods, reaction times, and deprotection procedures, and can be started, stopped, or adjusted in real time, significantly enhancing synthesis flexibility. In combination with a customizable pre-activation module and channel-independent timing management, the system effectively improves the synthesis success rate of difficult sequences.
