  I. Basic Principle

  2. Amino acid linkage: the activated amino acid is injected into the reactor to have a linkage reaction with the terminal amino acid of the peptide chain to form a new peptide chain.


  3. Protectant Removal: Inject the deprotectant from the deprotectant syringe into the reactor to remove the protectant from the amino acid side chain.


  4. Linker removal: inject the cleaning agent in the cleaner syringe into the reactor, clean the reactor and column to remove the residual linker.


  5. Washing and drying: The reactor and column are washed and dried several times to ensure the purity of the peptide chain.


  6. Peptide chain separation and collection: Separate the synthesized peptide chain from the reactor for further purification and collection.
