PepAxis™-Nova 1 Single-Channel Peptide Synthesizer(formerly 319 Pro) is a classic single-channel peptide synthesizer dedicated to precise synthesis and process optimization. It is suitable for routine peptide synthesis, method development, and research or teachingapplications. The instrument adopts pendulum-style / 180° up–down inversion mixing technology to achieve dead-zonefree mixing, ensuring full contact between solid and liquid phases. The stirring speed is continuously adjustable to meet
the mixing requirements of different resins and synthesis stages.

The system is equipped with a high-precision liquid delivery system supporting quantitative preparation and accurate dispensing of amino acids and activation reagents, with a dispensing accuracy of 0.1 mL, ensuring accurate reaction ratios and process consistency. Combined with a concise and intuitive operating interface, users can flexibly define synthesis programs and easily complete fully automated processes from coupling to deprotection.
